1. Request scope is defined
A review begins with a defined subject, requested scope, and available source categories. The workflow is bounded before review activity begins.
CertivaSource organizes a controlled review workflow around source-status information, review scope, record status, and public verification-code records where issuance is supported.
A review begins with a defined subject, requested scope, and available source categories. The workflow is bounded before review activity begins.
CertivaSource reviews public or authorized source-status context where available. The review reflects a specific point in time and does not replace the original issuing authority.
The workflow may result in a record issued, unable-to-verify, out-of-scope, refund-review, or closed status depending on the review result and operational handling.
When a record is issued and activated, a CertivaSource Verification Code may allow controlled public verification of that record status.
CertivaSource does not perform notarial acts and does not replace licensing boards, regulators, courts, employers, insurers, credentialing bodies, or original issuing sources.
